She's unbelievably rude!! I called to make an apt and price negotiation. I sent her a Pic on what type of braids I need and asked if she would do it then same way how the Pic looks. This stupid women had the nerve to yell @ me and tell me to look @ her website. Smh! I was driving with my family and we were stunned on how she was talking to a customer. Damn she's rude!! We had an amazing experience with Sakira and her team today. This was the 1st time the girls had their hair done professionally at a hair braiding salon. Booking an appointment was easy and the location wasn't to hard to find either, since it's inside of a building located in at a strip mall in Fall Church. We booked an early appointment and both girls were done before 11am. They have plenty of colors to choose from as well. Sakira and her team took such good care of our little ladies. I’ve been coming to this salon for over 5 years and will always highly recommend this place. Sakira and the other braiding stylists are impeccable with their customer service and their skill set/technique. I usually got braids but recently started my loc journey and am completely satisfied. I’m always excited to come and the wait if there is one is worth it. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! 🤩
