I keep calling his office every other month and having to fight to maintain my medications. I'm on a narcotic and a can't sustain or refill my medications properly when I have a doctor's appointment they call me too early or too late and I have to argue with them consistently to get my medications. If they took the hypocratic oath to do no harm they are not following that oath. Since July I’ve been seeing Dr Sultana and I’ve enjoyed every session thus far.I’ve noticed these qualities about her she’s empathetic,compassionate and patient with me which has made me feel quite comfortable being under her care. Dr. Sultana psychiatric services was absolutely ABYSMAL! This is supposed to be a safe space where you can talk about your feelings, issues and life challenges. However I have never felt so judged in my life by this so called "doctor". I left feeling so much worse than I when I came in. Her lack of empathy, understanding & judgemental tone was extremely unprofessional. The Student Dr. was more helpful than her! I wish I could get back every last penny spent on this session. Dr Sultana is THE WORST psychiatrist I've EVER been to. She did not address the issues I went to her for. Instead insisted on pushing her own agenda & beliefs. She actively undermined and belittled what I had to say. She spoke to me in a very judgemental tone, this is supposed to be a safe place. HOW DARE YOU CALL YOURSELF A PSYCHIATRIST!! I just found out today...this so called psychiatrist told me I had to take an out-patient therapy course when I told her I had to go back to work, she wouldn't take "no" for an answer. So she wrote me a note to present it to my work. Now this program which I thought was covered by mental health DOES NOT Only virtual visits are covered with my insurance...she refused to fill out financial application for absence of my leave and wanted to charge me $275 for it and told me when I go to Central Behavioral Mental Hospital, they ... read more
