Specialties According to the changed of ownership, we are trying to bring in a new concept of Japanese cuisine in Connecticut. The new owner and head chef, Marco, has 8 years of experience worked at many fine Japanese restaurants in New York and Seattle and specialized in combining the western cuisine' elements into traditional Japanese cuisine that offers our customers with the dinning experience they never had in Japanese cuisine throughout the Connecticut.

oh my god, sakimura was too good.
Our Favorite Restaurant in the Farmington River Valley – Sakimura has the feel of a traditional japanese restaurant. Manager Jessica and Sushi Chef Tony are the best. Sakimura serves only the freshest Grade A fish. Freshly prepared live sea scallop is a sweet and refreshing seasonal treat. Uni sushi is my favorite. While Sakimura also does Benihana-style teppanyaki, we prefer to stick with the sushi.
very fresh The freshest sushi I have ever had. The specials are a little pricey but if you stick to the main menu your meal cam be very reasonable. The menu also has other options for those who aren't raw fish fans.
Sakimura Japanese Restaurant has a 2.3 star rating with 87 reviews.
Sakimura Japanese Restaurant is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 4:30 a.m.
