Jim Dykzuel at Sakeleris went the extra mile and really helped us out today. We were stuck in MO needing to get home to Iowa for doctors appointments. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee seemed to be stuck in anti theft mode and wouldn’t start. Jim was calm, friendly and patient as he stayed on the phone with us and walked us through the steps that ultimately started our car. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We really appreciated the great Customer Service he gave us.
