Dropped off vehicle for an 8AM appointment for oil change, rotate and balance of tires, alignment, and to figure out why windshield washers not functioning properly. Called me around 4 PM stated done. Arrived parts needed to be ordered to fix the washer pump. Oil change done. Alignment incorrect per their own printout. Called them out on that, was given excuses.
