Dropped off vehicle for an 8AM appointment for oil change, rotate and balance of tires, alignment, and to figure out why windshield washers not functioning properly. Called me around 4 PM stated done. Arrived parts needed to be ordered to fix the washer pump. Oil change done. Alignment incorrect per their own printout. Called them out on that, was given excuses. Jim Dykzuel at Sakeleris went the extra mile and really helped us out today. We were stuck in MO needing to get home to Iowa for doctors appointments. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee seemed to be stuck in anti theft mode and wouldn’t start. Jim was calm, friendly and patient as he stayed on the phone with us and walked us through the steps that ultimately started our car. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We really appreciated the great Customer Service he gave us.
