Sake 1 is our most favorite restaurant in Vero Beach. The atmosphere is calming and serene, very amenable to a wonderful night out. The cuisine is a never ending array of authentic Thai, Japanese, Asian food. Whether you order the lobster roll or a dynamite appetizer the fish will always be fresh and delicious. It will also be a generous amount! The staff are very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable about the cuisine they offer.
Order the Dynamite Appetizer Some of the best sushi in Vero Beach... Great presentation and very fresh. The Dynamite Roll and/or appetizer is one of the best - if you like spicy!
good sushi, bad english – This was a nice little place, except for the fact that the people who ran the restaurant hardly spoke english, and what they did speak was hard to understand most of the time. The sushi was good, good prices. I would have liked to be able to order easier though. Also, the green tea is sweetened, which kind of ruined it, i think.
