Farmington has multiple options for Japanese food these days - and they all fill their own unique niche, but Sakaya is absolutely the most *authentic* of those options. Ordering online can perhaps be a little confusing to newcomers, but they rotate about 2-3 selections per day from a larger menu for guests to choose from. Only my second time getting takeout, but will definitely be back! So appreciative to have an authentic Japanese place in Farmington. Ingredients were fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

Incredibly satisfied with everything I've gotten so far, these photos don't do the food enough justice! Everything has been delicious and you can taste the time and love The staff is so nice and I'm very excited to go here again
