On time, friendly staff and very professional
yes I was so pleased that dr. sakada filled my tooth yesterday as I have been very worried about it...I was only supposed to get a diagnosis, but he had some extra time and went ahead and fixed it...and he is very gentle and makes it easy even though I am ringing my hands the whole time!!! Thank you so much Dr. Sakada!!!

I have been Dr. Sakata’s patient for many years. I love the dental hygienist etc. The reason I gave such a low grade. Is due to billing. One time I was overcharged over $600. Months later.I got the $600 back. Then a couple of years back. Billing didn’t submit 3 months to Hawaii Dental Service. Since it was over a year. I had to eat the cost out of pocket. So recentky, I purposely did not pay my bill. I wanted to make sure. Billing would finally do her work. And submit to Hawaii Dental Service. Today I am paid in full. I get ... read more
