Thanks to Holly who looked after me yesterday - happy with my haircut and colour. I did purchase an O & M shampoo and conditioner pckge supposed to have a treatment in the box as well but no treatment was there only shampoo and conditioner bit disappointed there, but otherwise all good. Thank you

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I booked my appointment on August 28th for October 30th with Tasmin, only to be contacted in early October and told that my stylist would be away. If the stylist was going to be unavailable, those dates shouldn’t have been open for bookings in the first place. I had planned this appointment around an event, so cancelling so close to the date was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.
