I have been here multiple times to see Kailey and she has been exceptional every time I’m in her chair! Even when after working for months to get my hair to platinum blonde and on a whim I wanted to change it dark, she was so professional and made my hair dreams my reality! Forever will continue to have my hair done by her
I went and got my hair done for the second time here and it was a great experience! The stylist Kailey was over the top with her costumer service. Offering me things she thought i needed for my hair and she was right! She always knows how to make my hair look and feel good. I can’t wait to be back in her chair! 10/10 experience for sure.
I won’t be returning to Kailey. Although I arrived 15 minutes late—which I acknowledge was my fault—I had difficulty locating the salon, as it’s inside another building with little signage. When I finally arrived, there was no warm welcome or friendliness; the front desk staff turned out to be Kailey herself, and her demeanor came off as disinterested and uninviting.
