I have been going here for years now and am very disappointed with the service I received today. I had an appointment booked and when I showed up, the lady at the front desk told me my stylist wasn’t here yet. After about ten minutes of waiting I asked and she went to check and told me that she was sick and wouldn’t be coming in, you can imagine my surprise because I received no notice of this cancellation. I recently moved to Minneapolis and was looking for a new stylist. I was in desperate need of blonde highlights and a cut to tighten everything up. I found Sakada and Lori was my stylist. She listened to all the things I told her about my hair, routine, and what I wanted. I am so happy with my highlights and the cut is absolutely perfect. I am always nervous finding a new stylist but I am so happy I found Lori!!

Kailey exceeded my expectations with her exceptional work. Initially, I was on the fence about cutting off my dead ends, however, she made me feel at ease. I trusted her judgment and expertise and it turned out awesome! She did a superb job with the foils and chose a color that perfectly matched my desired look.
