Scraped the front bumper of my Tesla while parking and ended up with some ugly marks that really bothered me. Took it to SAK Auto Group, and they did an awesome job getting it looking like new again. The whole process was smooth, and the team was super helpful. Big thanks to Sydney and Sanjay—both were great to deal with and really took the time to make sure everything was done right. If you're looking for a place that actually cares and does quality work, I’d definitely recommend checking them out.
We had a very poor experience at this shop. We faced multiple issues such as taking more than double the quoted time to complete the work, and not replying or even making an effort to reach back to us when we tried to contact them. Once they told us that the work had finally been completed, we went to pick up the truck and had to wait an additional 2 hours as most of the panels and stuff was still not installed after paintwork. Very Bad Quality Service, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, they will say something and do something else. Save yourself the hassle and find a better shop. DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS OF I COULD
