I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. I’ve never received such top-notch care from everyone in a medical office before. From getting vitals taken to actual surgery and follow-up, everyone has been accessible, knowledgeable, and they really care for you as a person, not just as a patient. Ashley makes the entire insurance process easy to deal with and seems to have every answer to anything you could ask. My husband and I decided we wanted to do IVF to grow our family years after having our first child. I had 2 ectopic pregnancies and lost both of my Fallopian tubes. The decision to go see Dr Jacobs was the best decision of our lives. We did IVF twice and both times were successful! We have been blessed with two beautiful babies! During my first consultation with Dr. Jacob he told me he would do everything he could to get me a baby and he made true on his promise. He is dedicated and thorough doctor. Ashley, the office manager is fantastic as well! I would highly recommend!
