I purchased a product from Sage with a “lifetime warranty” as advertised, which included a replacement guarantee. Unfortunately, after only a few months of use, the product stopped working due to an electrical issue. Despite contacting the store in Hillcrest Mall (Sandy) twice and being given various excuses, they failed to honor their warranty and did not fulfill their commitment.
