Hasan from SAJ was prompt in responding asap when I called them re an installation issue that I have had with Jake from Energized Solutions, the electrician who installed an SAJ battery at our house. Hasan was very patient in testing, finding the problems and went over and above to do all he could to rectify the issues caused by incorrect install by Energized Solutions. Am very appreciative of the great work ethic and calm manner in which the issue was solved by Hasan.
The SAJ Inverter performs very well. Harry in support was very helpful, patient and professional in getting the unit connected to the app on my phone. Very much appreciated.
1st Unit had an issue, not a great start.... But fully replaced under warranty. The new unit is operating perfectly so far and happy with the customer support team. The app is really good. 60 kWh of battery. 10kw hybrid inverter. 11kw solar panels. Will review again in a few months (Saidus did well, you will get five stars if still going perfectly in a couple months mate)
Got a 5kw three phase hybrid with 20kwh or storage. Works perfectly

His technical knowledge is outstanding, and he took the time to clearly explain system settings, smart meter configuration, and overall performance in a very professional manner.
