I had my EGR valve cleaned at S.A.I.Z Auto Group & Alignment, and I’m very happy with the service. The work was done professionally, the quality was excellent, and I noticed an improvement in the vehicle’s performance afterward. The service was efficient and the results were great. Highly recommended for quality automotive work!
Brought in the car for a scraping sound. Car was fixed but the problem returned. Finally asked for the problem part to be replaced, even brought in a replacement and was charged again for the problem that wasn’t fixed in the first place. I also had to wait an hour even though I had scheduled an appointment. I also asked if the hardware was defective bc it did not match the mate and was dismissed. Thought they were good at first but sadly I can’t say the same anymore. We had to go in 3 times to fix a single issue. A front shim was loose and causing squeaking sounds while driving. Paid to have it fixed but it continued to squeak. We suspected that a piece of the shim had broken off and he inspected it a second time and said it wasn’t. We contacted the manufacturer and they sent us a new shim—turns out it really was broken!! Very bad experience unprofessional waste of time don’t deal with these type of people I had an appointment and waited an hour for nothing just to be told to come back another day because there short on staff what a joke.
