Cannot rave enough about my stylist, Alison. Always happy to share her knowledge in hairdressing to support the client's wishes! Just brilliant
Have been coming to the salon regularly to get my hair coloured and trimmed. This morning there was a double booking. I offered to come another day but was told no it would be fine. A second year apprentice did my hair and when I asked for a trim was told there was no time and I needed to come back later in the afternoon or another day. I was blamed for not doing the booking correctly. I expected better customer service and the support of qualified hairdresser especially as I have been a regular customer.
Just got my hair bleached and toned here and I’m seriously so happy with the results, they absolutely nailed it, my hair turned out amazing! The whole team was super friendly, professional and chatty in the best way, I felt so comfortable and welcome from the moment I walked in. They all gave me so many compliments and made the whole experience even better, I’m definitely coming back and I 100% recommend them to anyone thinking about booking in!
I have been going to Saivons for over 18 months now & have always had a great experience. Natalie does a fantastic job with my hair, I always leave feeling refreshed.
These girls are horrible. Blamed a 14 year old for using Coles products on her hair and cancelled her appointment for her birthday. Actually disgusting attitudes and the salon is feral. Absolutely disgusting. Made every excuse not to do her hair and my partner over heard the "boss" the woman with horrible purple hair.. say that they don't know why there are making appointments when they are under staffed.
