A simple trim with face-framing was requested, but the result was unfortunately uneven and bulky, with no real shape. My cousin is way too scared to speak up, so she smiled, and left hoping it would magically improve. It didn’t. The staff were lovely, but the haircut itself was really disappointing — just leaving this here for anyone else who might also be too polite to say something in the chair.
I just wanted my hair ends trimmed. Unfortunately, when I arrived home I looked that the cut was completely uneven and one side was longer than the other. Staff was nice.
Terrible haircut. i asked for long face framing layers and received a shaggy wolf cut. i did not receive what i ask for and the lady made rude comments throughout the appointment.
Shout out to Megan, made a last minute appointment for a glamour curls style and she nailed the brief! Excellent service🥰
Cannot rave enough about my stylist, Alison. Always happy to share her knowledge in hairdressing to support the client's wishes! Just brilliant
