5/4/15 It's a couple of years after my first review, and the beautiful tree that was cut to a stump has finally grown back. "It'll grow back fast" wasn't a very accurate description, but it did grow back and we have our shade and privacy again. No acknowledgment or apology for the mistake was ever received, but I guess that's just how the owner chooses to operate his business.
