The people seemed very professional
At my visit the body shop I was able to have a pleasant day with the staff and employees there especially Miss Cheryl Huffman who was more than pleasant in helping when every aspect of my ordeal
I’ve used Saitta Trudeau Paint & Auto Body twice now — once after a collision through insurance, and a second time due to my own mistake (paid out of pocket)— and both experiences were excellent. Todd took such good care of us each time. He handled both jobs with care and compassion, and really helped ease our worries and anxieties by making sure everything was done correctly. Great service
Contact Better Business Bureau if you have a similar experience: I went there for a simple oil change and a week later my car doesn't start. Since I left that place it started acting a little funny, but now it doesn't work at all. I can't help thinking that they did this on purpose so I am forced to buy a new car. If they don't fix this I will contact BBB
