BEWARE! Contacted attorney: Tom Saitta, for a harassment case, which was a bit complicated. Over the phone he states one thing that he will be able to do, and never delivers. We chose him to have a speedy pre-trial vs. a public defender. I would have advised to wait and saved alot of wasted money. WARNING: IF YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN, HE WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU!
