SAITO 3 recently added Vietnamese Pho to the menu, and it is authentic and rich with the best broth Collierville has to offer! I really like their sushi rolls, and the hibachi lunch portions are large & flavorful. It’s a great value for lunch and never too busy. Highly recommended!
This was the worst sushi. All of the rice tasted like a dirty dish rag and my sushi was not even what we ordered. Very disappointing!

Walked in to pickup an order and no one greeted me to ask how they could help me. But a Caucasian gentleman walked in a few minutes after me and the teen laying on the bench who saw me arrive decided he wanted to work and quickly greeted the Caucasian gentleman and seated him. I waited another 5 minutes before saying excuse me.
