The front desk receptionist , Lucca Masse, was incredibly aggressive and confrontational. Had zero customer service and was uninformed of current policies acting like he was a know it all. After, went to go set-up the volleyball net and did an absolutely horrible job. Also, he never apologized AFTER his boss HAD to explain the current policy and how he was WRONG. How SAIT can employ an absolute liability like this child ( short stature and wears glasses) is beyond me. Beware of this boy on a power trip.
Nice clean, cozy complex
Worst staff attitude ever. I was working out here today and was asked to get out of the gym for wearing a jogger pants. That is what I was wearing for a whole year training here. The policy said no jeans and proper clothing wears. What is the proper clothing wear when even a jogger pants is not accepted. My friend was being in the middle of his working set when asked to get out rudely by this staff girl. When ppl nicely asking what is the proper clothing she just insult ppl and walked away.
