I bought my property with a Daikin furnace and thermo pump installed by Jean-Philippe Zyromsky, a neighbor. I haven't stopped having problems with the unit and Mr. Zyromsky would not take responsibility. He said the thermo pump unit should be moved to a more open area and that would solve the ice build up, causing the fans to hit the ice while in operation. Premier appel de service depuis l'installation du Thermopompe York. Le département de service a été très courtois au téléphone et rapide pour faire intervenir un spécialiste pour venir diagnostiquer le Thermopompe (la sonde était la cause). À noter qu'avec la situation actuelle avec le manque d'employés, de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, etc. il est possible qu'ils ne puissent pas intervenir immédiatement, donc comprenez leurs situations en faisant preuve de patience et faites confiances en leurs paroles qu'ils vont venir fa... read more
