I got my wedding dress made by Saira Sheikh 12 years ago and to this day it is in impeccable condition. Her quality of work speaks for her. I regret not having my Valima dress made by her as well as the designer I got it made from used such bad quality glue to stick stones on my dress that they turned brown in a couple of years and all silver work looks brown now and the dress is unwearable. I only went for a consultation and it was disappointing. I travelled from Scarborough to Mississauga and the ‘consultation appointment’ was only looking at pieces from afar. No trials, no touching the fabric even. She charges about 4k-5k for bridal pieces, which are similar charges to renowned Pakistani designers. But neither her quality of fabric is good, nor her attitude with the clients. She barely let us speak.
We drove 1 hour to reach the boutique. The owner lacks basic courtesy and professionalism. She didn’t even let us touch the cloths because apparently it’ll ruin the fabric. We were told if there’s any business only thn she’ll take the cloths off the mannequin otherwise she won’t bcz it’s too much work! I couldn’t believe what I heard! I strongly advise coming here to get a dress. Very wonderful service. Perfect fitting. Love the quality of material! Very nice collection. Very pretty jewelry as well! Very nice place. Nothing bad about it. You should visit, very nice experience.
