I have had nothing but wonderful care from Dr Waien. She always allows me to share my concerns and works WITH me to fix what issue I have.
I unfortunately have to make this review. I feel I have to let people know that Dr. Waien is unstable. She had a full blown panic attack of some kind while I was in her office. I do not take these things lightly because I myself also have anxiety and I know how it feels but as a doctor she should have excused herself and not taken her frustration out on me. If I could I would give my experience with Dr. Waien zero stars. I’ve never felt so brushed off by a doctor and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. She didn’t address any of the issues I came to the visit for and wanted only “yes” and “no” responses when I tried to elaborate about myself. I’m post partum and she mentioned this is the time where thyroid problems would be noticeable, and instead of looking into this, she brushed me off and said “see you in 6 months.” So I went and saw a different physician who ac... read more
Only good thing I can say about her, is she was quick to order tests. Other than that I don't particularly care for this doctor. I think she has a bad attitude, and she is absolutely terrible at getting back to you in a timely manner. Would not recommend.
