At first, thought our experience was decent, but over time, it has become obvious that scheduling is an issue. A lot of extra appointments due to scheduling without enough time, costing additional fees. Maybe I am just used to the "big city", but not everyone can change schedules at a drop of a hat. If there is not enough time, then the appointment should not be booked. Very disappointed as the dentist was pleasant.
Saintsbury Dental accommodated an emergency ‘filling-fix’ prior to travel a couple of years ago. I was so grateful and they did an excellent job I am also very happy that they are taking seniors with the Federal Dental plan. Lucan is lucky to have two excellent dental offices!!!
