My experience with this pharmacy service was extremely disappointing. On March 20th, when I contacted the pharmacy, the associates were rude and showed a lack of customer service skills. Instead of checking to see if my medication was available, they quickly provided me with another number to call. After making that call, I discovered that they actually had the medicine in stock, but the associates were too lazy to verify this information themselves. The nurses are talking and don’t make the work properly, the doctor send me home like 1 hr ago and I still here because the nurse don’t come to take out the ID and give me the paperwork 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️. The staff from X-rays was good thank God. They does very good….
