Mr. Hands down the best service rep I've ever worked with. Better than any mechanic, doctor, dentist..whatever. This guy is competent, honest, reasonably priced, etc. etc. I've stopped recommending him b/c I'm afraid he will get too busy to maintain the level of service I've come to expect from him. There may be other HVAC outfits who are as good but I guarantee there are none better. This guy is a guaranteed win for your HVAC needs. This is the LAST recommendation I'm giving him. If you miss out, it's your loss.
Saint's Heating and Air Conditioning is a Real Blessing to Work With. Saint's has always maintained my ancient York H/C system. They are very professional , timely, and fair on their prices. A real blessing to work with.
Honest - Reliable - Outstanding! Carlton not only does outstanding, reliable work, but is also one of the most trustworthy people around! I can't recommend him highly enough.
Very satisfied After being told we needed to replace our A/C at a cost of $4000. we were given Carlton's name. He came out the next day and never mentioned replacing the unit. He fixed it and it's now running great. We will certainly call him the next time we need any work on our A/C done.
If you want it done right, this is the guy. Carlton is the Mike Holmes of local heating and air conditioning service. He's honest, works hard, and does it right. Last year the permit inspector told me that Carlton had gone above and beyond what was required by code. I've also had a termite inspector comment on the quality of his work under the house. I hired Carlton back this year to replace my second floor unit.
honest and professional We've used Carlton as our goto guy for several years now. He's done some minor work when we needed it to a complete new system. He does excellent work, better then others that we also had price the job, and worked with us on payment. He's also done work on our father's place. He is our heating and air guy and I would recommend him to anyone.
Honest, prompt service We called this one-man company on the recommendation of a neighbor, and we have been pleased. He has come to us the same day during extreme heat to fix our air conditioning right away. He identified an alternate solution when another company said that we needed to replace our entire system.
