Had my oil changed and tires rotated a month ago. I received a text within a day or two of the service, asking how everything was going. I had a question so I took the opportunity to ask via text and they responded promptly. A month later, I received another text, just checking in on the tires. I've been going to Saints for over 10+ years, I had an Acura sports car, and currently have a Acura MDX. They have done a wonderful job of maintaining both over the years. Craig does an excellent job working the front desk and giving accurate quotes for the jobs I've had done. Dave the owner, is very knowledgeable, in dealing with some of the issues I have had over the years. I have been going here for years and have always been treated fairly. I moved to Plymouth and I still drive there any time my car needs anything! Dave is always extremely fair, caring, and very knowledgeable! I've never had any problems with this place and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend it!
Worst place to have auto work done!!! They don't know how much to charge for routine auto repairs. They tell you they don't know how much to charge without looking at it, then give you an estimate for $279. Then at pick up say, You're out the door price is $440. What happened to my quoted $279? They charge $140 for parts that cost $20 and don't tell you that until they're done with your vehicle. They also do not give an itemized bill so you have no idea what you are even being charged for. FYI Just in case you are looking for a place to repair you vehicle I would NOT bring my car to Saints Automotive in Princeton. $240 to diagnose and they cant figure it out after 4 days and they tell us to drive it around for the next week and see if it happens again. Are you kidding me!!! If you do chose to go there I would suggest not using the loaner car because then your priority is lowered and other people who dont have loaners are in front of you because you have a loaner. Just an FYI
