John was very professional but personable through my whole ordeal with my breaks. Accommodated me when my break pad fell off and advised me not to drive it and he'd come to me. Great attitude with understanding I had a serious situation and he came to me on his usual day off and fixed my breaks and rotors quick and easy. Highly recommend.
