The Indian receptionist is extremely rude! She needs to be reminded that she’s there to serve clients and not speak down to them because she’s too lazy to do her job!!
Don't expect them to be on time. Both times I've been (with two different nurses) the place has opened and was operative after 8am (at around 8.10/8.15). The blood taking itself is done efficiently.
The reviews are absolutely justified! This place is a shamble. Incredibly unorganised, rude and uninterested staff. Wait times are through the roof and I don't think it's because of the work required, it's because the people working there take there sweet time unapologetically. First time I've been here and it absolutely will be the last time. 10/10 DO not recommend!! Only came here because my doctor said I had too!
Staff very professional- easy to get to.
I go here for my bloods and the staff are always very understanding, caring, and respectful. Idk what the bad reviews are on about
