4 months and half waiting for this clinic to release my kids record. I went twice in perso. They dragging the process while my daughter needs medical attention!!! I am beyond upset

This place was wonderful when I started going here and quickly went down hill. None of the doctors seem to stay. I got bounced around a lot and when it was time to get a new pcp they were not excepting new patients. They did not seem to care about the patients that had currently been there. Office people on the phone were very rude and not helpful. I’ll be going somewhere else….
This office is the worst. Due to an insurance change I had to get a new PCP and I landed with an NP here. He left and then another NP who took over for me left shortly after as well. Now I am transitioning to a new PCP in a different doctors office and this one is refusing to refill my rescue inhaler even though I can't see my new PCP until December. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never recommend this office to anyone.
Practice cannot keep doctors or NP’s. Website allows you to book visit only to receive a call saying the doctor isn’t taking patients.
