I’ve emailed over 5 times with no response. Beware if you actually need customer service from this company. They don’t response to any requests for help with refunds.
Poor quality. Bought my wedding jewellery from Saint Valentine Bondi. A set of small hoops and huggies. They all fell out during one wear except for one huggie. Fastening is really poor quality, extremely disappointed with response especially having spent $1k at the shop. I would recommend Missoma and ByCharlotte over this brand any day. Will not be recommending to anyone and will not return.
