I was referred here by my pain doctor and I felt very rushed and I don't feel like the doctor I saw (Dr. Wright) really listened to me. I had test done he said he saw nothing wrong and there's nothing he could do so I went back to my doctor with new symptoms and she said those were red flags and should get another opinion so I won't be going back here.
I’m a worker’s comp patient that has jumped through hoops for this doctor. No help from his office or the insurance company. Tennessee Worker’s Comp came through and helped me get the ball rolling with ZERO help from this doctor for three and a half years. I finally get a test…he required to treat me. He ordered it. I got authorization from my carrier. I got an appointment and he refused to see me. What a guy. Deserves zero stars. You call to make an appointment at a call center and no one ever calls you back so you can schedule an appointment. I think each facility should have someone scheduling appointments for the facility they’re in versus one call center who passes along your info to the facility you’re trying to be seen at. I am extremely disappointed and will be changing doctors since it looks like the phone workers aren’t interested in helping patients be seen by the medical staff.

I don't know if my experience is based on the runnings of this office or the specific nurse that I have had to deal with, but my experience has been horrible. I will be submitting complaints to any platform possible. I've never had so much trouble at an Ascension St. Thomas establishment or any other doctors office in general. All I can say is be careful which doctor you pick and do your research.
