I was in the emergency room a couple days ago for a couple of issues and I want to show great appreciation to all the nurses and staff and especially Dr. Hollingsworth. He is an amazing person and treated me so kindly and gave me the proper care I needed. Thank you

While passing through St. Thomas, I started feeling unwell and decided to visit the Emergency Department at Saint Thomas Elgin General Hospital. When I arrived, the person at the front counter seemed surprised after noticing that my address was from London, Ontario, but the check-in process itself was completed without issues. The emergency department was quite busy, but despite that, the staff acted professionally. We had another wonderful experience at the Emergency Department at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital. We were seen very quickly, and the entire process was incredibly efficient. Every nurse we interacted with was kind, friendly, and compassionate. The doctor was especially wonderful with our daughter and made us feel very comfortable during what can be a stressful situation as parents.
