My grandmother stayed at Saint Therese of Woodbury in the TCU for about a month and a half, and overall, we had a very positive experience. The facility is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The staff were kind, caring, and genuinely attentive to the residents' needs. You can tell many of them really care about the people they’re helping. Were there a few hiccups along the way? I treated at St. Theresa’s transitional unit for approximately one month. I have nothing but positive things to say about their physical therapy department. They were so kind and compassionate while helping me reach my goals. It was a great experience I recommend to anyone. Special thanks to Sue, Mara and Sylvia amongst the great therapists. I hope St Theresa recognizes them for their professional work.

Such caring, kind and thoughtful angels at this facility. My parents have been here since 2016 and there’s no other place that we or they would rather be! Facility is appointed beautifully. The staff truly loves and cares for the residents . The parents have lived in all facets of the facility from independent living, assisted-living, and now into long-term care. Great staff, great facility and good management to work with!

My dad was here a few days for transitional care. We were not impressed with the care here. It was obvious some staff was better than others. Overheard the staff complaining and swearing loudly to another staff member about a patient. When my dad's health turned worse and was rushed back to the hospital, he knew he didn't want to return.
