The medical receptionist thinks she is a nurse or the doctor herself ... She is rude and arrogant.... She needs to know her position better... I'm to the point where I'd rather wait at emergency for 4 hours than deal with this person.... She should be in position where she is not dealing with the public
Woman answering for pharmacy is rude, condescending, and unprofessional. She’s lucky my husband needs his meds or I would have gone in there and given her a piece of my mind.
