The poor quality of service and lack of communication has made our experience with this facility the worst. From the beginning to the end, the experience was horrible and extremely difficult. From forgetting to send out prescriptions, to messing up our paperwork, to unanswered calls and lack of returning messages, this was by far the most unprofessional clinic I have dealt with.
