Very bad experience with this department and the lack of transparency and communication. There was no information on the so called grace period for the appointment. Parked in hospital parking garage with no signs or directions to walk across the entire hospital only to be turned away and have to reschedule. I can assure you because we both had to call out of work, we will NOT be recommending this facility or rescheduling.
The neurologist was very professional and well informed. I felt as though she truly cared for my son and wanted to be a team to get the best care for him.
