This review will not be adjusted until this problem is addressed, but during a recent visit to Saint Peter’s Hospital to see my mother, my family and I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the woman working at the front desk. While I understand and respect the hospital’s policy regarding underage visitors, the way she communicated it was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
