It’s outrageous! Our whole family is sick with the flu after a visit to the emergency room for gallbladder issues. Why are they keeping 20-30’people in the waiting room for 5 hours each during the flu season. 3 of us are out if work now, going through hell with coughing and fever. Staff was giggling and walking up and down as if it was not an ER. There did not seem to be any emergency in that room from watching the staff work. Only 1 DR working. If you're having a genuine emergency do not come here. You won't see a doctor for hours even if you can barely breathe. They drew my wife's blood and took a urine sample. Those samples have been sitting in the room for hours now. The only time we've been checked in on by a nurse is when I've actively complained. There are no clear signs of the ER being busy. The staff is friendly but friendly doesn't fix problems.
