Can’t even pick up the phone 10am on a Tuesday
I had sudden hearing loss in one of my ears, went to the hospital that night cause I honestly panicked. Told me they saw nothing wrong and prescribed I think sudafed. The next day my wife made an appointment for me to see the ENT at this location. Everything went well until one of the nurses told me to go home and that they will call me with the results of my hearing test because they were going to lunch. They never called me so my wife called for me the next day and they told her that they never give results over the phone.... read more
Worst customer care ever. We were late because our child had a fever in the morning and they didn’t even call and considered us as a no show. We were half hr late.
