Joey did some hockey specific training for my son who was too young at the time to join the public gym. His goal was to get prepared for hockey season and hit the ice in good shape. That ended up being his breakout year in hockey and I do think that’s partly due to the conditioning and confidence he gained at Saint.
Great location.
I have been training here for a few months and it’s been a game changer for my health and fitness. I’m stronger, leaner, and motivated to continue on my health path. Joey is super knowledgeable and meets his clients where they are at. He customizes personal workouts, shows you how to properly lift weights to address your health goals, is so easy going. Can’t speak more highly!
Fresh customized workouts every 4 weeks, great location, small groups, and I always feel welcome here. 👍
