Saw doctor for my grandma 06/21/23, was told theyll fax over referrals to see a GI and a Cardiologist at two separate buildings. Waited 2 weeks and didnt recieve any calls from those two clinics. Finally called them myself and was told that they didnt receive any referrals. Called back to this clinic and was told they had never sent in those referrals and that they'll send it again --- How unprofessional. Goodness. DO NOT GO HERE for your Immigration Paperwork. This place is a SCAM. I am reporting them to USCIS. The civil surgeon signed our paperwork but did not date it. We asked them to do it correctly and they said that we would have to pay again to have it done. They even told us to go somewhere else to have it done correctly. Completely unprofessional. I should have done my research, based off the reviews, this place needs to be shut down. AVOID THIS PLACE!
Worst place I’ve ever been they got my papers wrong 2 times and was still charge 600 for them to do everything wrong. Called in to pick up papers 2 times weren’t even ready and had to wait for 2 1/2 hours ridiculous bad saw the receptionist with her pants down🤬
24Feb2023 Now I waiting for Doctor to surgery my son feet, but the Doctor can't because this Saint Paul Family center didn't send my son blood test information yet and they should have done this last week. This is something that should never happen.
This clinic should be forever closed! Worst clinic! You wait forever, hours and hours for every appointment booked ahead of time! They always refer for us to do phone appointment but is always behind on in person appointment. Dr phoua needs to do better on appointment time. The front desk people don’t know what they’re doing and don’t know what’s happening back there. They say one thing and the doctor does another. Would never recommend this clinic!
