Fantastic customer service and installation for IGLA and Compustar R5 in a 2021 Dodge Challenger. First corresponded with Tyler by email; he was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Took my 22 TRX in for an IGLA / Compustar and drone system. Was done in 3 hours with everything working perfectly. Awesome customer support with the team there with no issues about hitting them up later for any questions with the system. Already called a few times due to my own ineptness, and questions answered. Drove 4 hrs one way for the system and wasn't disappointed
These guys are insanely unprofessional. I have an eye catching exotic car that they did some work on. Never once did they ask my permission to use it for advertising or let me know they would post images on social media. I'm a private person that just wants my privacy respected. THREE times I've messaged them to take down separate images and videos, they keep deleting and ignoring me leaving this Google review as my last resort. The insult to injury? Went in for a remote start and it was super simple. Also nice that they share a customer lounge with the shop next door so I could work. Service was great as well!
Let's start with the most important part: best prices in town! I called a lot of shops for a remote starter and Saint Nordic was between $150-450 cheaper than their competition. There were no hidden fees or pressure. The guys in the shop were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.
