I brought my dad here because we missed our winter cold plunges so much. What an amazing experience! The contrast therapy was amazing. I definitely had an out of body experience. Such a relaxing environment and a peaceful way to unwind. Highly recommend!

Highly recommending an experience at elements… Great people and great community. The contrast therapy is very hot to very cold. Personally on my first time I could only last up to 30 seconds in the ice bath at a time. Now, I really want to train my body to last longer and get that natural high.

We booked a session at Elements for a group of men from our church for some bonding and experience some healthy 'suffering' with hot-cold (contrast) therapy. This was exactly what we were looking for and we will be going again. The facilities are fantastic as is the hospitality of the hosts. We left feeling rejuvenated after this unique experience! Thank you!

I took part a week ago to the Contrast Therapy at Saint Michael's Recovery and Retreat as part of an event organized by St. Joseph Realty Team. After prayers and reflections, we cycled through open air ice bath and sauna for three hours, ending with a delicious dinner and friendly discussions. This experience was deeply impactful and allowed me to re-center myself. I can only recommend to anyone looking for healing and a deeper sense of focus and love to visit Saint Michael's Recovery and Retreat. You won't be disappointed!

If your looking for comradery, self reflection, support and getting out of your comfort zone I can definitely say you'll leave this place grounded and your cup filled outside of the superficial. My experience was something I will now want and need again and again and again. I belive this is one of the things in today's the world we are lacking and missing. Bonding is so important. Do yourself a favor and please check it out.
