Something’s not right here. First, Dr. Kavilaveettil wrote me unwanted pill prescriptions when I was there for Botox injections. Second, the office staff had a lot of trouble understanding my insurance and what was currently going on with my case. I wasted many hours of my life being the “middle man” between my insurance, the pharmacy, and the doc office which were incorrect and uniformed most of the time. Office staff was rude, doctor rushed appointment and talked over me the whole time
Office staff is very rude and unprofessional. Doctors are really strict here, as if you’re in elementary school. “No phone zone” signs in the waiting area and signs plastered everywhere stating they don’t do disability paperwork. Strange, considering every doctor I’ve ever had would never turn down helping a patient. Do not come here.
I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Kavi. After my seizure she got me in right away and took time to really sit and explain everything that would happen and answer all of my questions. I hve had a nightmare getting my insurance to cover my tests and medication and she has helped with multiple pre-auths, appeals and samples to take. She really cares and she is very thorough. I have a really quality visit with her every time and I always feel listened to and cared for.
