I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Kavi. After my seizure she got me in right away and took time to really sit and explain everything that would happen and answer all of my questions. I hve had a nightmare getting my insurance to cover my tests and medication and she has helped with multiple pre-auths, appeals and samples to take. She really cares and she is very thorough. I have a really quality visit with her every time and I always feel listened to and cared for.
Dr. Kavilaveettil took the time to review all my symptoms with me. She did not rush the appointment. She came recommended by one of my other doctors and I am glad that I made the appointment with Dr. Kavilaveettil.
