No communication, 5 plus hours to get stitches in a child’s finger, rude front desk, absolutely horrible experience. Go to renown as they have way better services. Looks like they have mold in the rooms. Completely unacceptable.
Worse urgent care ever, no one at the front desk to check you in. There’s at note with a ring bell and when you ring the bell some nurse comes out and all they say they’re short staff and to keep waiting for some one to come out. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting to be check in the appointment I made was not in there system.

Went in thinking I had the flu and my shoulder was hurting. Told by nurse practioner I could only be seen for one of the 2 things. Said I could have the flu. Sent home with anti nausea mess. Did not address my shoulder. Turns out I was septic and had a flesh eating bacteria. Thank God I went with my gut and went to emergency. I was in coma and spent a month in the hospital. I could have died. Hopefully she takes her job more seriously and does the due diligence to actually see what's wrong with the patient instead of just se... read more
