So I went here to get tested for COVID and paid $146 out of pocket because I didn't have my insurance card yet. They told me it'd take about 92 hours to get the results back so I waited 4 days to call them and they had the results. I needed proof of the results for work and they told me I needed to go pick it up, okay no problem. They wouldnt even help my five year old son, who simply needed a refill of his epilepsy medicine. They dont care if its hard on me to take him downtown to the other urgent care. Not professional and i wont return ever

I went there to get an abscess drained. Although very messy and painful Brenda was very attentive and asked me questions about family, and life, she was even able to get me to laugh a couple of times. The front desk lady Jeanette came in to check on me, and she was bummed she missed it, she's one of those weirdos that is satisfied seeing pimples popped. LOL I'm just happy the worst part is over.
