Admitted and the intake nurse was rude, and found out after discharge that they had mixed me up with a different patient or just made things up. They said I was homeless, frequently admitted, and a drug addict. None of this was true. Not a good place, staff are rude, unfeeling, got my meds wrong and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Called to refer a client and staff couldn't answer any of my questions about if they could take the client. Very unprofessional and unhelpful receptionist.

I got admitted to be on a legal hold.. in the report they said that I was doing something that I did not do.. security ripped me out of my car after trying to go to my car to listen to music since I had checked into the hospital for a different reason and they weren't testing me!! 3 security guards ripped me out of the car, said I threw a pipe out and I did not.. just wanted to listen to music! It was ok in the actual mental health department, but it was a traumatic experience for me!

This is a bit of a late review, but I went here in 2021 before they closed down and re opened, I met a lot of good friends here and a lot of good staff, they had decent food and did try to get kids to participate in daily activities, they even had outside time which a lot of mental hospital I went to did not have, I don't remember any of the staffs names but specifically the girl with blonde hair and a tight ponytail was the sweetest, everyone in my group called her mom and she tried her hardest to make our time there more e... read more
