If I could do 0 stars I would. My partner couldn’t get out of the car due to pain and they provided no assistance even when requested. The wait time was astronomical (over 2.5 hours) despite being told it’d be under 10 minutes and only a few people in the waiting room. We left before even being seen to go to different hospital. The staff was unhelpful and rude. I can’t believe this is an EMERGENCY room.

Arrived at the ER and wad told there was a 3 to 4 hour wait. I took my 80 yr old mom for chest pains and had assumed that they would've see her soon. It took 6 hours! Not the same St Mary's Hospital when it was owned by the nuns.

Dr. Timothy Walker & Nurse Nitza was amazing truly one of the best in my opinion especially in the ER

I wasn't in there long. Three different people called me for my information. Check in, go through a door questions are asked go sit and wait for the doctor. I was told, I was called again for insurance purposes. After that had a seat to wait and be called to the back to see a doctor. Jenn was great.

Admitted to the emergency room at 6:30am. Providers ordered multiple tests and scans. Had to wait until 6pm (~12 hours later) to be told that the tests were inconclusive and to go home. Months later, still receiving bills (currently have received 5 total different bills from different "provider groups") despite having insurance. Hospital staff were unable to diagnose an issue, ordered multiple expensive and inconclusive tests, and are unable to explain how many bills we will continue to receive.
