Went in two days in a row extremely ill. I was seen so quickly, immediately got blood tests and an iv placed. The bedside manner was wonderful, and everyone was so kind
All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I came in around midnight after falling down the stairs. They took me right away to triage and I only waited about 15 minutes before I was put in a room. I got XRay’d and was given medication within 30-40 minutes of being in the room. They confirmed I sprained my ankle and foot, gave me crutches and I was home an hour and 45 min later. Honestly one of the best ER experiences I’ve ever had.
I had my visits and case reviewed and was told my ER bill would be taken care of. I have emails of the exchange and the decision. However, I started getting phone calls that bill ER bill is past due etc and now nobody will respond to me. The number I am given just reroutes me to different voicemails with no response or resolution. I thought initially I would have answers and a resolution but nope. Worst experience ever.
Was in the hospital on 2/14 was the worst experience I have ever had all staff were rude and non caring I have heart failure and went in so ill I could not walk unassisted had to be put into a wheel chair. When I was triaged my blood pressure was 166/103 they checked my temp on my forehead which read I had a fever and the girl then requested they check my temp orally which then said I did not have a fever I mentioned again I have heart failure that they should get an ekg that didnt happen till 4 1/2 hours later after I compl... read more
While waiting for a I waited 2 and a half hours for my husband to be discharged. The nurse went on break and waited for patients lunch and med pass to respond to me while I waited in the lobby. So much for patient care. My husband anxiety was worse knowing I'm waiting downstairs for three hours. Thanks psych unit.
