-went in because I thought I was having a stroke -not a single employee took me seriously, receptionist was laughing with a friend as she took my info -waited for 2.5 hours before I was seen -nurse had French nails POKING THROUGH HER GLOVES as she failed to put an IV in my hand, making me bleed all over myself -another nurse came in saying "I'm in a good mood tonight I don't know why!" as I actively believed I was dying Horrible staff, horrible wait times, $4,000 bill just for them to tell me nothing was wrong with me. Had a really bad puncture wound in my hand, came in having never been to the ER before. Everyone here was unbelievably nice and helpful. Took a few hours just for. Everything but they kept us updated the whole time. Really fortunate to have this in the neighborhood.
I was admitted to the ER after suffering from a seizure. They also ran some tests like CT scans and MRI while I was there. My nurse, Caroline, and the attending physician were both very kind. The staff was attentive and helped me with what they could with minimal waiting.
