First time visit, friendly front staff. Didn't have to wait long. MD took the time to go over everything. No rushing my visit. Convenient lab on premises. Overall, felt very comfortable

I've been trying to get an appointment since May 2025 with absolutely no success. The office is either closed or no answer. They only accept faxes and yet when you fax the referrals there is no follow up. Call again and they say they never received it. Have my primary doctor fax and still nothing, noting the primary said they received an "error message". Its 2025, let use email already. I also mailed a physical copy of the referral, nothing. I had never been here before and had to bring my friend in to get a mask fitted to have radiation treatments for tumors on her brain. The girl at the desk was not a bit friendly. Had asked if they had wheels chair so I could bring my friend in and she shrug her shoulders and said no. Well the place had wheelchairs to the left when you came in, but I didn't see them. The girl could have told me but didn't. She was very unfriendly. Should not be in that position. Need's to be fired.
