Terrible ER. They missed an infection because they didn't take the time to properly test. They just assumed I was there for a bed because I'm homeless (transitioning even had insurance) I had to go to Morris urgent care the next day and I'm finally recovering. The nurses and staff were more concerned over who is running the hospital now. Telling me my care would be way better if they didn't get bought out.... Stay away if you need emergency services. It’s better to go somewhere else because they just guess what’s wrong and push you out. They do not care about you or your health. They just want to go back to talking to each other. I know the hospital does not care but I hope this reaches out to people to STAY AWAY FROM THE ER!!!!!! If you want help and treatment go anywhere else than here. I wish they would fix these issues as you can see from other reviews. Went by ambulance after having a seizure only to be told I fainted. They were rude, refused to let my husband back so he could tell them what happened, cut me off when telling them what happened because "I" wouldn't listen when in reality they wouldn't. The doctor was rude. The two female nurses laughed at me and mocked me. But hey, it was shift change so who could blame them....I also found out I have epilepsy from the tests my doctor later ordered that they should have ran when I came. The laziest receptionist I've ever seen. The ER and nurses and doctors are phenomenal! The receptionist does not look you in the eye, does not really give any insight on what is going on and is very rude. There were people arguing amongst each other because of the lack of information she could give. She is a Frontline worker and not a good one at that. I do recommend the ER and the staff but there are a lot of lazy overpaid people doing nothing.

My 2 y/o daughter was brought in later at night for spiking a high fever. They wanted to get her out as fast as possible rather than figuring out what was going on, they diagnosed her with an ear infection when in reality she had hand foot mouth disease. They are lazy, and care free. Do not take your loved ones here in ANY emergency situation. Danielle M Keller was the provider who saw her that night and decided rushing to discharge was better than figuring out the actual problem.
